Functional coatings or lacquers are a common feature to protect surfaces or to provide them with extra functions. The Fraunhofer ISC has many years of experience in the development of inorganic and hybrid materials and in optimizing coating procedures. The Institute works with environmentally friendly materials in compliance with the REACH regulations.
