Visit us from 10 - 14 June at Achema in Frankfurt, where the Fraunhofer ISC will be represented at the joint stand of the Fraunhofer Chemistry Alliance at Stand D49 in Hall 6.0.

The Fraunhofer ISC presents the diverse applications of nanostructured microparticles (supraparticles) in the fields of catalysis and sensor technology. Cascade reactions can be realised in a particle by combining coordinated components, or hydrogen can be directly indicated by a colour change in a particle. In the case of catalysis, chemical processes can be accelerated or improved by individually modifying superparticles. In sensor technology, the particles can be used to make gas leaks visible by changing colour, for example to make the handling of hydrogen safer.

The main topics of this year's joint stand are:

• Digitizing chemical processes
• Empowering circularity
• Enhancing safety
• Facilitating scale-up
• Improving efficiency

There will also be a special hydrogen show at the stand, where the Fraunhofer Hydrogen Network will present selected exhibits and topics such as electrocatalysis, sensor particles for detecting hydrogen and PEC modules for the self-sufficient production of hydrogen from sunlight and water.
