Fairs and Events

From 21 to 23 May Fraunhofer ISC will be exhibiting at Labvolution, Europe’s flagship fair for innovative lab equipment. We will present the BMBF-joint project APRONA under coordination of BioRegio STERN Management GmbH.

The Project aims at developing a “Flexible robot-based platform for the automated production of nanoparticles” – short: APRONA.

Nanotechnology should help to diagnose diseases earlier, to bring drugs more quickly to the desired location in the body or to make implants more compatible. However, hardly any suitable automation technologies are available for the complex production processes at the moment.

At our booth there is shown a robot based unit, needed for the implementation among other things.

On May 22 at 14.45 pm, we will give a presentation on "How automation changes laboratory processes".

We look forward to seeing you at the joint booth of Lab Automation Network (LAN) at booth C18 in hall 20.
